Irène (Audrey Tautou) is a beautiful young lady who seduces loving, rich gentlemen in expensive hotels and makes them pay for everything. In one of those hotels she meets Jean (Gad Elmaleh), who instantly falls for her head over heels. However, he is only a hotel valet and thus not an interesting prey for Irène. Yet, he follows her to the Côte d'Azur determined to show her what he's worth. He goes through a spectacular metamorphisis from a regular nobody to part of the high-class elite.
