After failing to save his wife from 'The Doctor', a former demolition squad commander Kit Li(Jet Li) leaves his job and becomes a bodyguard for Frankie Lane (Jacky Cheung), an egoistic movie star. The movie star brags that he does all his own stunts but Li has become his stunt double. An investigative reporter wants to expose the scam after catching them in switching places. A group of terrorists takes over a skyscraper in order to steal valuable jewels, and Kit Li is the only thing standing in their way. Li turns into a stealth fighter and tries to stop the terrorists. The movie is packed with a lot of explosions, great martial arts good humor at times.
