Lesbian Vampire Killers revolve around two guys who have terrible luck. Slacker Fletch (James Corden) and his buddy (Mathew Horne) decide to go on vacation in the country side but find themselves lost and trapped in a village where the women are anything but normal. As it turns out, on every girls eighteenth birthday they turn into a lesbian vampire. The boys were sent to the cottage of vampires as a sacrifice by the fear stricken men of the village. As the trip continues, the boys find themselves having to face their fears and take on the dangerous role of lesbian vampire killers.
