Babylon A. D. is about a mercenary named Toorop (Vin Diesel) who, although reluctant, accepts a job to transport a girl named Aurora (Mélanie Thierry) along with her nanny (Michelle Yeoh) from Asia to New York in the United States. Little does he know that the girl Aurora has something special about her and that she is harboring something in her.
