The story revolves around an officer Wing (Jackie Chan) working in the Hong Kong Police department. He is after a criminal gang which is headed by Joe. However in the course of events the police team led by Wing is targeted by the criminal gang and all his team mates are killed. Wing considers him responsible for this happening. This guilt drives himself into crazy and he indulges into drinking. However a young man pretending to be wing’s subordinate in the case motivates him so that he can come back to normal life. Wing is back on track and is on his adventurous mission to face his enemy. He is determined to take revenge from the person who killed his team mates and also to remove evil from this world.
