An aging cop Detective Chan Kwok Chung (Simon Yam) is deparate to capture a notorious gangster Wong Po (Sammo Hung) who was responsible for the death of his goddaughter. His bad health makes the job that much harder and he resorts to not so ethical means to accomplish his goal.
